Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.
Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days.
Purchase price is refunded 100% but customer is still responsible for shipping charges to and from HealthPostures. If there are parts missing in the order there may be additional charges. Once the product is received back and evaluated a refund will be processed and given to the dealer if you purchased through your dealer, or it will be credited on your credit card if you purchased directly (less shipping charges, and any other charges that may pertain).

Lifespan does not accept returns back from orders for customer remorse or change of mind. Returns are only accepted for unrepairable problems with the product. This must be done within 30 days of your product purchase and the products must retain their original packaging and pay for return freight.

ApexDesk offers a 30-day risk-free return on all desks if you have decided you no longer want or need it, provided it’s new, unused and in the original packaging as received or defective. If an item is opened and deemed to be defective within 30 days from the shipping date, return the item to ApexDesk with the proper RMA number and we will replace it with an identical item or a full refund will be issued upon approval of the return. If a refund is requested a 15% restocking charge may be accessed upon approval of the return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for any reason after 30 days from the shipping date.
To return your ApexDesk product, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, and you must ship it back in the original, undamaged packaging. Please notify us of your intent to return by calling us 1-501-77-STAND. All "Free Shipping Offers" will be charged a normal shipping before a refund is issued. If the return of a product or products causes the original order to fall below the free shipping threshold the remaining items and returned items will be billed for the normal shipping charges.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once you are approved refunds generally take 5 to 7 business days to show a credit on your credit card. The credit will be for the amount of the merchandise ordered after any freight or restocking charges.
